Working Principle of Sawdust Burner
Sawdust through the automatic feeding system into the high temperature cracking semi-gasification combustion combuster, air and water vapor from the lower part of the furnace, thus in the hypoxic combustion combuster, produce high-temperature gas by rapid cracking reaction, and the not fully burned gas such as Co, H2, CH4, CNHM will get fully burn in its outlet, where the temperature can reach 300-400 degrees Celsius, releasing the heating totally.

Low dust, no sulfur: dust is 1/10-1/20 of Ⅱ type of bituminous coal, sulfur is 1/100 of Ⅱ type of bituminous coal, boiler tail gas can be close to natural gas after the necessary treatment;
CO2 Zero Emissions: combustion of biomass fuels, resulting in carbon dioxide offset by carbon dioxide needed for biological growth, with zero emissions.
4.No tar, waste water and other waste emissions
Using high temperature cracking combustion technology, tar and so on combust directly in the form of gaseous, solving the sawdust gasification of tar content, avoiding second pollution to water.
