Our customer was using a traditional drying method that was not only time-consuming but also resulted in uneven drying, making it difficult to meet the precise moisture content requirements of their clients. 
They decided to invest in a gypsum rotary dryer. Our company designed a custom rotary dryer for them. This advanced dryer utilized a combination of hot air circulation, precise temperature control, and innovative drying techniques to ensure uniform and rapid drying of the gypsum. This dryer can dry 250 tons of the gypsum per day. and the final moisture content can reach 3%.
