Coal Dryer Project

Our customer is a coal producer who faced challenges in managing high moisture content in their coal, impacting combustion efficiency and overall energy output. At the same time, they was seeking to improve their coal processing efficiency and deliver higher-quality products. Finally, they decided to integrate a coal rotary dryer into their existing infrastructure.
We made a customized drying solution to meet our customer' needs. These two coal dryer lines we designed for them can process 3000 tons of wet coal per day. and this coal dryer system is easy to operate, maintain and the dryer is also energy-efficient.


With this coal rotary drying lines, our customer achieved consistent moisture reduction, ensuring a higher-quality coal product. This reliability enhanced customer satisfaction and strengthened their position in the market.
