Drying Considerations of Rotary Drum Dryer

Why drying some material? To allow materials to be stored, transported or used better.The main application of rotary drum dryer is to dry wet material to a certain  moisture content for its use, which is not, to achieve 100% dry.

Generally speaking, the higher the temperature in the hot blast stove, the hot air that is led to the drum can dry the material faster, but there are exceptions. For example, lignite, lignite has a low ignition point of around 270 °C. The phenomenon of spontaneous combustion occurs, so the temperature is hard to master when the lignite is dried. When drying different materials, the most suitable drying scheme should be selected according to the different characteristics of the materials.
