What is the final moisture of beer lees after drying?

Beer lees is the main by-product of the brewery and contains a lot of water. After dehydration and drying, the water content is generally about 12%. The dried beer lees can be processed with high quality protein feed for animal.

The whole beer lees drying plant includes heating source, conveyor, screw extrusion dehydrator, tumble dryer and dust collector, etc.

The technological process is:

1.Dehydrated by a screw extrude dehydrator first;
2.Transported into a tumble dryer dried by a screw conveyor;
3.After the beer lees meeting the water content standard, be transported to the silo for packaging.
