During the discussion, our technical engineers analyzed the coal test data and product index parameters provided by our customers, and put forward a feasible solution. Because the total moisture of lignite reached more than 30%, can not meet the normal furnace conditions, we plan to  process lignite by dehydration first.  

 

Dongding lignite dryer system is composed of automatic lignite spraying furnace, feeder, feed belt conveyor, rotary dryer, discharge belt conveyor, fan and dust removal system. The system uses high temperature and hot air generated by spraying coal stove as the medium for heat exchange, achieve a number of interval function conversion inside the cylinder to ensure the safety and efficiency of the drying process. After drying, the lignite powder is recycled to the thermal equipment as fuel utilization. The technology as our patented products have been in the domestic application.

 

At present, our coal slime dryer, lignite dryer equipment have been widely used in Yunnan, Guizhou area, bringing great commercial and economical benefit to these areas.
