Animal bedding is used by animals on farms to help reduce pressure, maintain body heat, and keep their living areas sanitary.

Traditional bedding materials (such as wood shavings, straw, rice husks, corn cobs, and animal manure) often require deep processing due to issues like high humidity and excessive bacterial content before they can be used. Natural drying is inefficient and prone to secondary contamination, while using untreated materials directly may lead to respiratory diseases or skin infections in animals.

Crushing and Screening: Coarse materials such as straw and wood are crushed into uniform particles (usually 3–10mm) to enhance drying efficiency;

Debris and Dust Removal: A vibrating screen and magnetic separation device are used to remove impurities such as metal and stones, ensuring the purity of the finished product;

High-Temperature Drying and Sterilization : Hot Air Circulation System: Uses natural gas, biomass fuel, etc., to generate controllable high-temperature hot air that penetrates the material layer to evaporate moisture;

Intelligent Temperature Control: Automatically adjusts drying temperature and duration based on the characteristics of different materials (e.g., wood shavings with a moisture content of 30%–50%, straw with a moisture content of 15%–25%) to prevent over-carbonization;

Pathogen Inactivation: Sustained high-temperature conditions continuously kill harmful microorganisms such as E. coli and Salmonella in the raw materials, with a sterilization rate of ≥99%.
