lntroduction

Soy bean pulp (Okara, or bean dregs) is the leftovers that occurs during the production of soy milk and tofu. Soy bean pulp is rich in dietary fiber, protein, fat, and other nutrients. After dried, it can be used as feed for livestock.
According to the features of soy bean pulp, we have designed a complete set of soy bean pulp drying system, which can reduce the moisture content of bean dregs from 60% to about 12%. We can offer the packing machine after the drying and crushing. And we can also offer the full pellet plant, by adding some auxiliary materials, makes it into high-quality animal feed pellet.


System

After the dehydrated, wet soy bean dregs enter the dryer, they are evenly dispersed in the dryer and fully contacted with the hot air under the flipping of the evenly distributed lifting plates in the drum, and are discharged to the discharge valve in the other section of the dryer as the dried product.
During the drying process, It fully takes into account the features of high moisture content, high protein content and high viscosity of bean dregs, and adopts a unique lifting plate design and breaking device to ensure a good drying effect.


Advantage

a. Compared with the single rotary dryer, the floor space of the spent gtain dryer is reduced by about 50%, and the investment reduced by about 40%.

b. A special breaking and lifting device was installed inner the dryer, which can effectively prevent the material from sticking to the wall and scorching;

c. It can be equipped with follow-up sections such as crushing, mixing, granulating, baling, briquetting, etc. To improve the deep processing level of soy bean pulp;

d. The material flow speed was controlled by frequency conversion; and the final moisture can be easily controlled to meet the needs of users;

e. Multiple heating source can be used, such as coal, gas, oil, biomass particles, steam, etc.
