Gypsum rotary dryer is manufactured to dry FGD gypsum, phosphogypsum, titanium gypsum, fluorogypsum, gypsum powder, gypsum plaster and other materials.
Dongding desulfurization (phosphogypsum) gypsum drying equipment process is advanced. The gypsum rotary dryer is of high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, small occupation area, energy conservation and environmental protection.
The complete set of gypsum rotary dryer equipment has various specifications, the annual processing capacity is 50000-200000 tons according to the needs of users.
Firstly, gypsum slurry is crushed by the crushing machine, transported to the screw conveyor by the belt conveyor,
then go into the rotary drum; Then, the gypsum moves to the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer layer. The gypsum moves in a rectangular multi-loop way in the outer layer of the drum. Finally, the gypsum is discharged outside under the action of hot air. After being treated by desulfurization and dedusting equipment, the exhaust gas meets the requirements of environmental protection standards and is discharged out of the system.
