lntroduction

The triple pass rotary drum dryer is designed to improve the drying efficiency and reduce the occupied space of dryer. 
Triple pass rotary dryer consists of three parts: the inner drum, the middle drum and the outer drum. These three lighter-duty drums of different diameters are nested inside each other. The drum is not set on a slope, but rather relies on pneumatic conveying to carry material through the unit.
It can be used for drying wood chips, sawdust, bark, straw, coco peat, Fiber, palm silk, alfalfa hay, sugarcane bagasse, cassava residues, etc; and the final moisture content of the meterial can be less than 12%. And the final product can be applied in boiler combustion, gasification and power generation, animal feed. 

System

The material is sent by belt conveyor to the drum through downstream drying, material under the copy board of inner grabbed, scattered in a spiral type marching forward constantly, through inner, middle and outer layer, realize heat exchange between materials and hot air , the materials through drying discharge fast under the effect of the air, complete the drying process, the final product are discharged by the screw conveyor. 

Advantage

1.Compared with the single-drum dryer, the length of the machine is shortened by 50%, reducing the building area and saving about 40% project investment;

2. The hot air stove can be equipped with boiling furnace, spray coal stove, hand-fired stove, biomass fuel hot air stove, also used for fuel, gas stove, can bake a block of less than 20mm, granular material, powder, slurry-like materials;

3.The equipment has large processing capacity, strong anti-overload capability, low energy consumption, and can directly reduce the drying cost;

4. The use of co-current, counter-current, mixed flow and other drying technology, greatly improving the thermal efficiency.
